Myth Buster: “If one person reports it, that’s enough.”

🧠 Wrong.

In aviation, no one sees the full picture , not even the most experienced professional.

👁️ What you saw

🧍 Where you stood

🎧 What you heard

😓 How stressed you were

🧠 What your brain remembers later

...all shape the report.

But here’s the kicker: even with multiple reports, none of it matters if the process isn’t protected.

That’s why the Safety Department doesn’t just collect reports, they should hold them carefully, protect the investigation, and wait for the full truth.

Reporting is everyone’s job.

A captain sits writing a report while other aviation crew members stand passively behind him, symbolizing the misconception that only the captain needs to report safety occurrences.
One report isn’t the whole story. Everyone must speak up.
